| UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS |

Exceptional opportunities for undergraduates include the biomedical sciences program, unique to the UC system, in which students can earn an excelerated MD. The BS degree in business administration is the only UC program in Southern California. UCR has the only undergraduate creative writing degree program in the UC system. Outstanding students can participate in the University Honors Program. Through the Education Abroad Program, many students spend a quarter or even a year living and studying in a foreign country. |
