Founded in 1971, National University is the second-largest, private, non-profit institution of higher learning in California. National University is headquartered in La Jolla, California, with over 29 campuses throughout California and Nevada including: San Diego, Mission Valley, Rancho Bernardo, Chula Vista, La Mesa, Carlsbad, San Bernardino, Ontario, Los Angeles, Sherman Oaks, Camarillo, City of Orange, Costa Mesa, Bakersfield, Redding, Fresno, San Jose, Stockton, Sacramento, and Henderson (Nevada). National University also has an admissions office in Hawaii. National University has campuses on 10 Naval Bases on the West Coast and a program for International Students based in San Diego.

UNIQUE PROGRAMS

National University was among the first to recognize and focus on the unique needs of nontraditional students, specifically adult learners. National University offers a one-course-per-month format (including online classes and degrees) which allows students to balance work, family and school, while completing their degree at an accelerated pace. National University offers more than 71 graduate and undergraduate degrees, as well as certificates and credentials in various subjects.
