Biola University is a private Christian University established in 1908. The mission of Biola is Biblically-Centered Education, Scholarship, and Service- Equipping men and women in the mind and character to impact the world for the Lord Jesus Christ. Biola requires 30 units of biblical studies coursework as a requirement for graduation. Biola is a suburban campus of 95 acres in La Mirada, located on the border of Los Angeles and Orange counties. La Mirada is one of the 25 safest cities (of its size) in the U.S. according to FBI statistics. Located 20 minutes from the beach and Disneyland.
