Foothill College offers more than 1,000 classes every 12-week quarter, including 50 different university transfer majors. The college also maintains Transfer Admission Agreements (TAAs) with San Francisco State University (CSU), San Jose State University (CSU), College of Notre Dame, Menlo College, Mills College, Santa Clara University, UC Davis, UC Los Angeles*, UC Riverside, UC San Diego, UC Santa Cruz, University of the Pacific and University of San Francisco.

With its sister school, De Anza, Foothill College offers the nation's only cooperative internship program with the NASA-Ames Research Center in Mountain View. Internships are also available at Silicon Valley corporations.

Foothill is a member of the Coast Conference of the California Community College Athletic Association and NorCal Football Conference. Our men's teams compete in basketball, football, golf, soccer, tennis, track and field, swimming and water polo. Women's teams compete in basketball, golf, water polo, volleyball, track and field, soccer, softball and swimming.
Each year, the college hosts the Celebrity Forum Speakers Series which brings internationally renowned leaders, authors, artists and scientists such as Margaret Thatcher, Maya Angelou, Jane Goodall and Benjamin Netanyahu to Silicon Valley audiences.
Our 122-acre campus features a Bamboo Garden, Japanese Cultural Center, Azumaya Meditation Pavilion, Center for Innovation, numerous computer centers, Dental Health Clinic, football stadium, Golf Instruction Complex, Olympic-size swimming pool, 1,000-seat Robert C.
